Magic Storage
One interface. Every item. No more chest rooms.
The Problem It Solves
In vanilla Terraria, by mid-Hardmode you have 30+ chests spread across your base. Finding a specific item means opening chests one by one. Potion ingredients are in chest A, ores in chest B, accessories in chest C. Every crafting session involves running between 5 different chests. It's tedious.
Magic Storage solves this completely. You build a storage network, dump everything into it, and access all items from a single interface — with search, sorting, and direct crafting.
How It Works
- Storage Heart — the core block. Right-click it to open the unified storage interface
- Storage Units — expand storage capacity. Each unit adds 40 slots
- Crafting Interface — add crafting stations to the network and craft directly from storage
- Remote Access — access your storage from anywhere in the world (late-game upgrade)
Pro Tip
Build your Magic Storage system early — even before your first boss. The sooner you set it up, the more time you save. A basic setup needs only a Storage Heart + 4 Storage Units + a Crafting Interface. Materials are cheap (wood, iron, gems).
Who Should Use It
- Everyone. There is no downside. It doesn't change game balance, doesn't add enemies, doesn't alter progression. It just removes inventory management busywork.
